The Personal data are processed with the use of computers and/or means that support information technologies (IT) in compliance with the organizational procedures and methods strictly related to the indicated objectives. In some cases, the Data may be available, in addition to the Data Controller, to certain categories of responsible persons associated with the operation of the site (administration, sales department, marketing department, legal department, system administrators), or to third-party organizations (such as third-party technical service providers, postal organizations, hosting providers, information technology companies, communication services), which the Owner entrusts, if necessary, to perform the functions of the Data Processor.
Personal data are processed in the server IT infrastructure of the Data controller and in any other places where the parties engaged in processing are located.
The Personal data are stored for a period required for provision of the service requested by the User or the period defined by the objectives described in this document. In doing so, the User may apply to the Data controller at any time and request to terminate the usage of the data or delete it.
Use of the collected Personal Data
The collection of Personal Data concerning the User is carried out in order to enable the Owner to provide services, as well as for the following purposes: Registration and authentication, Permissions to access data stored on the User's device and Interaction with a link to location. The personal data used for each purpose are described in the relevant sections of this document.
Permissions to access the Personal data stored on the User's device
Depending on the specific device of the User, the Application may request certain permissions that will allow it to access the Personal Data of the User's device, as described below. The specified permissions are granted by the User prior to processing any information. After granting access permission, it can be revoked by the User at any time. To revoke permission, the User can use the system settings of the device and software or contact the Owner in accordance with the contact information specified in this document. The procedure for controlling access permissions may vary depending on the devices and software used by the User. Please note that revoking one or more access permissions may affect the correct functioning of the Application.

The application can collect, use and transfer the Personal data to other parties about the location of the User in order to provide services based on determining his location. Most web browsers (browsers) and devices provide a means to disable this feature by default. Registration and Authentication
As a result of the registration or authentication procedure by the Users, the application receives permission to identify them and provide them with an access to the specialized services. Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, the application is able to access some Data that are stored on the servers of these third-party services in order to perform registration and authentication.

Apple OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Apple Inc. and connected to the Apple network. Collected Personal Data: various categories of Data specified in the rules for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data when using the service.
Additional information on the collection and processing of Personal Data
System logs and maintenance
In order to ensure the operation of the system and its maintenance, the application and any third-party services may keep files that record the interaction of the Application with Users (system logs), or use other Personal Data (in particular, the IP address) for this purpose.

Additional information regarding the collection or processing of the Personal Data can be requested from the Data Controller at any time. See the contact details provided at the beginning of this document.
The Users have the right to find out at any time whether their Personal Data have been stored and can contact the Data Controller to find out their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or ask them to supplement, cancel, update or correct or convert to a format that ensures anonymity or block any data stored in violation of the law, as well as oppose their processing on all legal grounds without exception. The app does not support Do Not Track requests without affecting its functionality.
Definitions of the terms and legal references
Personal data (or Data)
Any information about an individual or legal entity, institution or association that is or can be determined from any other information, including a personal identification number.
Network Usage Data
Information that is automatically collected by the application or third-party services that the application uses), in particular: IP addresses or domain names of computers of the Users who use the application, URIs (universal resource codes), the time of the request, the method of addressing the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, a numeric code indicating the server response status (successful outcome, error, etc.),a country of origin, characteristics of the web browser (browser) and operating system used by the User, various information about the time each visit and information about movements within the Application with a separate indication of the sequence of visits to the pages, as well as other parameters of the operating system of the device and (or) the computing and information environment of the User.

Unless otherwise stated, the Data Controller is the Owner, i.e. the person who owns the mobile application, services and sites.
